DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY
To prevent overproduction, we always make small production stocks. This means that when an item is sold out, it takes at least 1-4 working days before it is available again. In case the production time takes longer it will be mentioned in the description of the product.  

DELAYS
Please be aware, Sophi Lou does not take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.  

RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.  

RETURNS
During 10 working days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items. A return must be applied following the return procedure, otherwise the refund can be delayed. 

The articles must be delivered at: Witte Paal 302, 1742 LD, Schagen, within 7 days after the request. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if all labels are attached and intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
After 7 working days Sophi Lou assumes that the customer has accepted the order. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. Sophi Lou is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will be made within 30-day period following delivery. Items can only be returned to: Witte Paal 302, 1742 LD, Schagen (Netherlands). Customised orders are not returnable.
